Periksa penapis udara
Ia biasanya terletak pada bahagian atas karburetor kenderaan.
Keluarkan penapis udara dari kotaknya dan lihat adakah ia kotor atau bersih. Untuk mengujinya, ketuk ke lantai adakah terdapat habuk atau debu yang jatuh.
Penapis berkenaan berfungsi membekalkan udara bersih terhadap kenderaan apabila enjin dihidupkan. Jika terlalu kotor, ia memberi kesan terhadap prestasi enjin.
