(Precautionary information mobile users should be aware of)
To check your mobile phone’s serial number, key in the following digits on your phone *# 0 6 # . A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. Should your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code.
They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card your phone will be totally useless. You probably won’t get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can’t use/ sell it either. If everybody did this, there would be no point in stealing mobile phones.

What will i do if my mobile is stolen but there is no SIM Card inside.
Then how will i call my service provider.

It’s so easy my friend, just call the common emergency number for all mobile service providers. The number to call is 112. I hope that answers. Thanks.

um ma phne has been stolen and um i want to know like how to block my chip cos the lost phne had a chip init and the person who has stolen it has phned me back on ma new phne bcos i phned them on that number please help its been the seccon time
